The Vetted Agent Program exists to address this problem. We look at metrics beyond what is easily available to consumers, using a data-driven approach to help identify the best agent for your specific needs.
Background
The methodology comes from commercial real estate.
Before building this program, Jake Lind worked as a project management consultant at JLL — a Fortune 500 commercial real estate firm — evaluating designers and contractors and ensuring quality for six to seven figure projects. That work was often about one question: who is actually the best fit for this job?
That question translates directly to residential real estate. The stakes are different. The selection methodology isn’t. We help you define the criteria for a successful result, we look at the performance data and identify the top options, we help you ask the hard questions in the interview, and make a recommendation for who to select based on fit — not familiarity.
Licensed in Virginia under Samson Properties. Vetted Agent assessments and recommendations are brokerage neutral and include agents from all local brokerages.
