Closed transactions in the specific market and price range. Recency matters. Volume matters.

Market Coverage

Are you actually strong in the neighborhoods and price points that matter for this seller?

Process

How do you price a home? What’s your offer review process? What happens when something goes wrong?

Communication

How do you keep a seller informed? What does your communication cadence look like from listing to close?

Specialization

Do you have the experience and skill set to required for the type of client we are assisting, or their situation?

Agents who are approved for the program may be considered for opportunities when our does not otherwise identify them.
