Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation. We learn about your home, your timeline, and what matters most. Price? Speed? Finding the right buyer? We need to understand your priorities before we can find the right agent for your situation.

Step 02

Agent Identification

We identify candidates based on what actually predicts performance: closed transactions in your specific market and price range, days on market compared to area averages, list-to-sale price ratios, and how they communicate through a transaction. Not their marketing. Their track record.

Step 03

Agent Evaluation

We contact the candidates and ask the questions you wouldn’t think to ask. How do they price a home? What does their communication process look like during a transaction? What’s their approach when an offer falls through? We’re looking for substance, not sales pitch.

Step 04

Your Recommendation

You get a clear recommendation — who we think is the right agent for your situation and why. Not three names and a shrug. A recommendation with the reasoning behind it.

Step 05

Introduction and Handoff

We make the introduction. From there, you work directly with the agent. We stay available if questions come up, but our job is done: you have the right person for the job.

What This Is Not

This is not a platform where you answer five questions and get matched to three agents from a pool of whoever paid to be listed. This is not a Zillow Premier Agent referral. This is not a service where the agent is selected because they’re available or because they’re a friend of a friend.
